INGREDIENTS:

– 2 Drops Hot Chilli Pepper Droplets
– 1 cl egg white
– 1 cl  agave syrup
– 3 cl grapefruit juice
– 1 cl plum wine
– 2 cl lychee licour
– 3 cl Grey Goose infusioned with jasmine tea

GARNISH:

– Rose petal with rum flame.

ELABORATION:

– Whisk the ingredients in the shaker.
– Serve in cocktail glass.
– Finish with the garnish.
